Not to rain on the parade...but how can Dubai possibly absorb all that square footage in such a short time? Who is buying all these condos?

Looks like setback 4 underway (SZR side). Only one left to go on that side. Also should see setback 1's yellow stuff taken down since it looks like it's done.
