Wave 2, now known as Wynd, has opened its sales centre and opened it's webpage with the floorplans.

Several of them are crap, a few are nice, and the two penthouses are to die for

Looks Great! Hopefully it still looks as good after the railings are installed.

Curious, will the balcony railings be curved to match the curvy cement structures. Or will it be flat glass?

All the pictures on their website show the glass follows the balconies.

I expect it would be faceted - i.e. flat panels making the curve

Agreed.
The balconies have a unifying effect that minimizes the ins and outs of the window walls.

Very well put officedweller. It's amazing what you can do to a square box with a little bit of creativity. This building looks great!

PS: This building reminds me of some Douglas Cardinal designs.

I think that the Brentwood Towers will also have a uniform look because of their balconies.

Nice angle. Happy to see that you didn't lose your great view (and it only got better).

The exterior looks really good, definitely a great addition to the Surrey skyline.

This makes Ultra look like shit architecturally. At least Ultra still has it's height.

This building, including its name, would have worked well fronting English Bay downtown or Kits beach. Even a couple of blocks with differing heights would work wondrously well. Congratz to Whalley for getting such a structure! I'm envious!
