Maybe there is still hope for the properly yellow glass to make a comeback. One can hope!

Who said there's anything redeeming about it?

It's a standard tower - probably guided by the fact it's a rental tower.

Hmmm I wonder why they can't decide.

I like the fact that this tower has a side with lots of concrete. Certainly very different from other towers around.

Hmm the sidecore doesn't look so bad with the really white paint. I wonder how long it'll stay white though. Should be a little more hopeful that it's rental not strata so there will be a stronger push to keep the building looking top quality.

Has there been any evidence of the light installation up the core that was part of the DP?

I went by today and noticed they have marketing up for this building (to rent). There was a website but I couldn't see what it was.

Pics from July 11th by me. The elevator truss started coming down in the last couple days. It's half down at this point. Also some of the store fronts have a "Leased" sign in the window. Curious what business will go in street side...

I love this building. So sleek and uniform from all directions. Brings the some great scale to the are.

The balcony glass will make a big impact on its appearance - if it's bold enough.

So do they have the balcony glass in yet?? Did they just end up going with clear glass?

I went by today to specifically look for any balcony glass and I didn't see any yet.
