Philadelphia City Hall is missing

The Diagram page for Philadelphia is comprehensive enough to include the proposed American Commerce Center yet does not include our City Hall. Don't 500+ foot clock towers count, especially those momentarily destined to be the tallest structure of the 19th century?

city hall is missing from the general search because the structure type is marked as "lowrise". For viewing buildings beyond just highrises - go to the diagrams tab and scroll towards the bottom of the page use the "Diagram Search Form" and set your parameters there.
