We need more sand colored buildings in this area. Maybe once we run out of blue glass rectangles we can get started on that.

I was thinking the area would just run out of rectangles in general, but when I least expect it, there are more rectangles to be found in the beige, off beige, taupe, blue, off blue, and grey blue type.

Now that Hovey has cut his teeth on downtown development, can another proposal be imminent? I guess it depends on how well the pre-leasing is going. Hovey might surprise everyone and go condo for the next one.

Anyone who says that the glass on this is anywhere near as wavy as the glass on 500 N LSD must be blind. Just look at how little it distorts the reflections of the Fairbanks. Of course it is not perfect, but this is some of the nicest glass we've seen to date in Chicago. Can't wait to see what it looks like once it's been washed for the first time... Turning out to be a real stunner.
