Very frightened of the glazing / spandrel on the podium, perhaps too early to judge but doesn't look promising.

What's even more ugly than the spandrel are the power lines and them fugly ass utility poles.

The 28th floor was poured yesterday. Tower crane raised to a higher level this past Thursday. Addition topped out in the background.

For now I'll be splitting my time between the cities, gradually transitioning to YVR more or less full time.
