Here is a live feed of the construction.

Unlike other construction webcams, Lark Group has actual live feed, props to them.

live feed feed was likely first done for security and they just shared the live feed with the public. Seem actually really easy if thats the case.

It seems to be the same camera they used for the first phase of construction, just facing a different direction.

Looks like there's a phase 3 too, and based on the angle of this rendering it appears to be fronting 96th ave just east of City Centre 1.

^ That will cumulatively constitute a significant professional-medical office node. Very good to see.

Not too bad looking -
resembles Kings Crossing (MiddleGate) a bit.
The horizontal banding grounds it, so I like a bit better than Kings Crossing (i.e. this one isn't pretending to be a soaring tower by using thin vertical strips).

Along with the proposed 12-storey mixed-use care facility on the SW corner of 96th and King George.

Just wanted to bump update, hole is nearly dug, crane is up, but construction (as per this forum's definition) has not quite started yet. I'd imagine we're maybe a month or so away from the first concrete being poured in building 2.

Going to create a new thread for building 2.
