BTW: I was talking about the politician from New York, caught with his pants down. He gave up, if he was a true WIENER, he would of stuck it out. - cuz wieners don't go down!!!

As far as I know, yes. Also, there's a third tower planned, aka DC Tower 3, which will rise after DC 2. Tower 3 will be shorter than tower 2, so the whole complex will have a "spiral effect". Seems to me that Vienna is building a new mini- WTC.
