Well the cladding is certainly unique. Shouldn't have to wait to much longer for it to start coming together.

Went by these things yesterday, the cladding on the podium levels is very elegant. Moreso than it appears in these photos.

Yeah. The cladding and design for this is far superior to any of the Cityplace buildings.

The gittery grid pattern of the facade looks like a welcome change from the dull glass towers of Cityplace.

510 Bremner a building geared towards lower incomes looks better than those geared to higher incomes in City Place.

It's funny how the social housing building looks better then the rest. This and Luna are my favorite CityPlace builds so far. I hope they use a good architect for the signature tower as well.
