Chris, how are you plotting the boundaries?

If you go to the Manitoba Land Initiative Webpage (You need to register to get access, which is free). They have the shape boundaries (in SHP and DXF format) for the Wpg Neighbourhoods. It might save you time, if you are doing it by hand.

See Winnipeg Health Region - Neighborhoods. Second from the bottom.

The only problem is that some of downtown boundaries are different then those from the City of Winnipeg Census Page.

Interesting thread. I grew up in Fort Richmond. Before unicity, I suppose it would ahve been in the Municipality of Fort Garry, where:

Boundaries:

McGillivary, CRP railroad, and Waverley St.
