I made a thread for this project, but I named it wrong. I thought this was 101 Shoreview Place, but that is a different project.

Other Green Millen Shores Projects:

- [Stoney Creek] Coastal Condos at Waterfront Trails | ?m | 4fl | Under Construction
- [Stoney Creek] 101 Shoreview Place | ?m | 6fl | Under Construction
- [Stoney Creek] 98 Shoreview Place | ?m | ?fl | Under Construction

I found out today that this building is a 9 storey, 130,000 sq. ft. retirement residence and there will be a public café/restaurant on the ground floor.

This thread needs a name change from [Stoney Creek] 8 Shoreview Place | ?m | ?fl | Under Construction to [Stoney Creek] 8 Shoreview Place | ?m | 9fl | Under Construction

Here's an updated site plan for the whole Green Millen Shores development.

Same here. I drove past it on the QEW this weekend. It makes quite a visual impact from the highway.

Squinting at the site plan there doesn't seem to be anything over 4 floors listed (unless the retirement centre says 9 storeys? It's hard to read).

It looks like the retirement residence on the site plan is 9 floors and everything else is four floors and under.

Well, it's not huge, but hopefully when the Stoney Creek GO Station is done there will be a couple of towers to confirm to folks passing through that Hamilton is indeed a city.

Hope the area gets some retail. Even just a convenience store...

I wonder if the suburban/highway hotel chains are concerned that others are copying their signature architectural style.
