As far as residential building in Taipei goes, this one is quite nice. However, I'm not really seeing the "solid" vs. "transparent" tower in the original description.

What is the exterior cladding material? I worry the white building will take on the look of trademark Taiwan ugly faded gray after a few years of weather and neglect. Do laws in Taiwan require HOAs to maintain the exterior of the residential buildings? Seems like they all become neglected after a few years. No one ever bother to wash or refresh the residential building after it turns that ugly shade of gray.
