The plans include a ground floor restaurant and a top floor restaurant at 900 feet offering full views of the city and surrounding area.

In addition, there will be a Four Seasons Philadelphia Hotel along the upper floors that offer spectacular views.

I've had some phenomenal meals at Cipriani (though the food can be hit or miss; the Wall Street location is stunning). But I think it's going to be and should be something fresher and more exciting. It will not be a branch of a New York stalwart that is an established brand and has been operating since the 1980s (and 1960s in Venice). Not really the Comcast vibe.

Now that LEDs have been so overdone, the next logical progression in building embellishment is holographic projections. Rather than a physical crown and/or spire of steel and glass, simply top your building with a hologram, with no real limits as to how elaborate it can be.

This building along with all the others tall skyscrapers can easily be seen clearly from Algon Ave & Rhawn St in NE Philadelphia.

I see Philly at night with all the building's lighting green or red or... Is it coordinated between the different buildings?? Do they change color during one night?

From what I have noticed, that appears to be a wise observation.

The more the cladding goes up on the lantern the more it’s starting to look like a big glow stick. Ctc is a raver

If the spire is retrofitted with an LED display, they could display an animated Eagles logo during the Super Bowl.

If Hollywood could film King Kong climb to the top of the Comcast Technology Center, then we’re in business.
