Funny you bring this building up today as Metlife just sold a 50% stake of the building to a New York State pension fund. Metlife retains the other 50%, but this news came to me today.

I was always a fan of this building. Much more than the JPMorgan Chase Tower.

From every angle it looks like a different tower. It's stuffed between other tall buildings and outshines them all. It is massive yet sleek. Definitely a beauty that will hold up through time.

Nearly 1000ft of shear curved hotness.

Probably my favorite tower in downtown Houston (though I really like Penzoil as well).
