NEW YORK | 200 East 69th Street | 623 FT | 54 FLOORS | 1991
200 East 69th Street was completed in 1991 and has 54 floors. Frank Williams and Associates, headed by architect Frank Williams designed the building, which is the 70th tallest in New York City, and the tallest in the Upper East Side, and on Third Ave.
One thing people don't realize is Trump has his name on buildings that are the tallest on the UES and SoHo. This building goes about 150+ FT above the height limits on the UES, and is often overlooked. It has features inspired by the fabulous Chanin Building.
