This thing punches far above it's height for some reason, probably because it's almost right on the shore. I was walking down Cadman Plaza the other day and swore it must be something going up in Brooklyn Heights, damn thing seemed thisclose. The Manhattan Bridge will never look the same from DUMBO, that's for sure.

The glass here is nice as they come, especially considering this is a slightly less affluent luxury development. I think most would agree this is a cut above all of the williamsburg/greenpoint/downtown brooklyn/LIC waterfront towers. Like 432 Park once this tower gets some similarly tall neighbors people will look at this building in a better light.

The narrowest point (width) IMO with the facade is not as spectacular as the two back sides. Overall though, this tower is pretty good. It surely complements the location by cleaning it up. Those NYCHA projects are a blemish. At least this, and the coming super-tall and near super-tall at the Rutgers Slip and Cherry Street will mask some of this rubbish.
