Question Skyscraper Models

does anyone here make them? but in real world 3d? for example,we all know STR's Faboulus site.

I really wanna use a rendering system though!!! I might make some models this year for biology class. We have to make a living enviorment and one if them is a city so I might make one....

a triangular one. when cutting it out leave room for roof tabs,cause I forgot

probably wouldn't hurt to cut an extra triangle and glue it in the core half way down to stop it bowing

Triangular buildings really don't bow, at least if you put them together right they won't.

I make my own yes. I have a scale model of downtown Austin built out of Legos. I added to the model for a local developer who is building a new residential skyscraper in downtown. The developer used photos of my model, including of his building that I modeled for their presentation before city council. The pictures were on Austin's local city tv station. The residential tower was approved by city council. Construction is supposed to start next month.

Sorry, I'm no George Lucus, but here's a little video I did of it. I really need to set it up during the day in my backyard for better results.

Here's a picture of it set up in my backyard last February. The tower I modeled for the developer can be seen in the upper center of the pic, the red and white tower. It'll be a little bit over 400 feet tall.
