makes me wish waterview had made it all the way to completion. what did it top out at, 1,029 or something? Would have been a nice spike in the skyline where it needed one...

I'm confused. I'm sure i'm reading this wrong, but this post makes it sound as if there is an (uncompleted) building that stopped at 1,029ft.

Which building are you referring to?

He meant that the original design for this was meant to go much higher. It would have topped out at that height.
