Where is this?

The EJ had an article in their day in History today about a Mclaughlin dealership in Edmonton that had an old ad saying it was located on 104 street

browsing the Archives I came up with these

This is obviously looking at the intersection of 104 and Jasper and the Mclaughlin dealership is described to be shown in this photo.

This is clearly the dealership, the steeple behind it is the church on 105 street. but this building can not be seen in the above photo. It may be the large building at the front center after a large addition, but the parapet doesn't match unless there was a significant addition/remodel. Does anybody have any insight?

Do you know of the dates of those photos?

McLaughlin Dealership does not look like it is in the top photo. There appears to be a lot just north of the building which could have been the dealership.

top is 1913, bottom is 1923

The powerlines on the bottom picture appear to continue on the north side of the building, that must be the laneway behind the buildings fronting Jasper Ave. It must be the same building, or atleast the same location.

If that's the case, then it would make sense it was built between 1913 and 1923. McLaughlin started making cars in 1907.

It looks like this was where the now the Milner Building is.
