Haha, I went to Ikea to buy bedding and was wondering why I was nearly the only customer there. Salesperson clued me in so I hurried home.

I pay nearly $400 CAD per month now, although my room is about 50 square feet. I'm gonna try to wangle my way into student accommodation, which I think is very affordable compared to Canada.

Agreed! Not sure I could live here indefinitely though. Many aspects of the city make me look forward to returning to Halifax.
