In some NYC buildings u've drawn 2-meters tall stories. Do you imagine how at least 1.8 m tall inhabitants can live in rooms with 1.85 m floor-to-ceiling height?

The height given for those buildings probably refers to the main roof height and doesn't include the elevator shafts. That's my guess anyway.
