Indeed - though it's no worse than a place on a lower floor of Ladd Tower facing that God Awful Oregonian building! Yuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

Yeah, it's pretty disgusting. Unfortunately, I can see it from the Fremont west bound as well as the Broadway Bridge. I was hoping it would be hidden.

they started painting it.

it is some red/pink/rose color.


We thought things couldn't get worse, and there was still hope for this and lovejoy....

Nope, it's over. Game. Set. Match.

Pray in 30 years someone has the sense to tear these down first and try again.

i saw that too, but i'm thinking that might just be some sort of primer or sealant. it didnt' look like it was being put on particularly carefully.
