I'll chime in too, really liking it a lot. It's just too bad that it's only 85 units, but maybe this will kick-off additional developments in that area.

Yes there have been a lot of updates in the last month.

Here's a new rendering of Crescent Howell Mill. I have to say, like the look of most of this wave of midrise apartments. I think what we've been seeing is a lot better than some of the ones built in the last cycle.

Ansley Green

If I'm not mistaken, Ansley Green is under construction. Not sure if it's big enough of a project to update the status, but i thought i'd just throw that out there.

Not that I've been updating the list lately but the last I went by there, I couldn't tell if any actual construction was happening. I will update it and I predict that there will movement on several other projects this fall.

Just had dinner at Bistro Niko and drove by there on the way home.

They are still doing some construction on the parking decks but it looks pretty nice.

Oh, yeah, I didn't mean to imply otherwise.

I'm going to make some "highrise construction" threads for the buildings around the city that are 115 ft + in height. If anyone has any construction pictures or things I need to change on the first post, it would be greatly appreciated.

That's definitely a major project but for this I focused on projects in the city. There is also a Suburban Atlanta thread for projects such as this.

They just recently filed their permits so this one it'll still be a while before this starts. I think everyone is getting anxious for something to move forward since there are so many projects planned.
