Good thing this building fell though. What eventually got built on the site is far, far better than this Postmodern Bofill stuff.

For the record, I'm not dead-set against Postmodernism, but I hate the thought of a Postmodern tower dominating our skyline like so many other cities have (Atlanta, Cleveland, Charlotte, Indianapolis, Seattle, Dallas, etc.)

We've gotten several, much better 2000-foot proposals since then, but so far, none of them have panned out.

Yea it is a bit on the plain looking side. The 7SD which has a similar shape would have looked alot better.

I would still like to see a big, white tower right across from sears, theyed make great partners and contrast of each other well.
