If the height increase is to 204 meters then why does the title of the thread say 209 meters?

In the diagram section Sacamano had it listed at 195 m. The building may still be 210 meters total, as the height we have is too the roof and then there are the fins which extend from the top.

One of our former contributors at this site, has made it to the front pages of the National Post - cross country (canada) national newspaper. The Four Seasons is seen clearly in the Yorkville Skyline, in the proximity to the recently cancelled 1 Bloor East. To be replaced with another sizable tower to be developed by Great Gulf Homes.

5. Four Seasons Toronto: Ok, another
building that will get a lot more attention
on this forum as Ritz and MLS come off
the list, we'll have to target out sights
onto Yorkville, it's fine honies, and it's
fine cars, its Fine Restaruants, its Fine
Boutiques, its fine culture of in your Face
French and Italian Handbags, I don't mind
honestly hanging out here, running to the
top of the parking deck at the cumberland
terrace to take shots this beauty. It will
not be even 1 more month before the
cladding installing will begin here. So we
should begin to get an idea of how the
finishes on this building compare with
Trump, and Ritz. Already about 8 storeys
up, 47 more floors to go!!

The new Maldive spread is absolutely amazing, its awesome seeing the Toronto of the future so proportionally and accurately laid out like this.

Eat your heart out, Dubai.

That skyline render does seem to good to be true BUT if you really look at all the projects/construction we're getting these days, i am a believer !

FS is gonna be sweet!... but at this stage in construction, not the most interesting!
