Updated views. The first four from Harwood Street, the last three from the back alley. It's really got a slender profile when viewed from directly in front (second pic) or from behind (sixth pic).

That staircase appears to occupy quite a lot of the surface area - or perhaps it's a sort of optical illusion due to the narrowness of the building?

Yeah, that's a lot more solid looking than on the model, unless the cladding has mirrored glass (rather than windows)
