Add some patterns to the solid spandrel panels between floors
and it IS possible to build a modern art deco building!

At this point I'm not sure what to think about the look of this building. Particularly when I saw this pic. It's kind of a Frankenstein mishmash of so many different kinds of facade. The other sides are quite the mix, also.

I just like the brick part.
The Seymour side looks worse than it is because the adjacent project adds to the jumbled mix.
The separation between structures is more recognizable when viewed from a distance because of the different heights of the buildings.

Thanks.
Quite a contrast in townhouse styles between Brava and this one - glass versus bunker.

Yeah I was really hoping that single townhouse would have been executed as a distinctive interesting little building...but it looks like a security-house or stairwell.

I'm hoping colourful mosaic tiles come back into style after this latest bout of super bland and sad grey architecture we have seen in Vancouver lately.

Another one of those creations that looks like they took a bunch of leftover pieces from a warehouse and tacked them onto the building (presumably while wearing a blindfold).

Fail.

They really should have filled in this site with a larger building instead of a bunch of boring tiny courtyard suites... cheap finish quality too.
