So I noticed the other day that the side of the building facing the park has no balconies at all, just windows, while the sides facing the neighbouring buildings do. Anyone know why they designed it like that?

I would've thought that the park side would be the best side for balconies.

Here's a link to a floorplan.
It looks like the principal living areas face the park, without the obstruction of a balcony blocking the view (hoping the balcony glass will be coloured?)
The balconies are off the living areas to the side.

This tower has been topped out for quite some time. It ended up looking surprisingly short - much shorter than Modello for example.

Just passed by it on the train this morning, the crane is coming down and the last 3 floors are left for windows.

I had always thought the rooftop "lantern" would face the park...

I'm not certain but I'd say they sold for probably high 700's. In today's market they are likely pushing 1mil if not over.

Unrelated, but I wonder what the hold-up/delay was? I noticed in the past month progress has slowed down considerably on the exterior of the tower. Also, the townhomes seemingly took a very long time to complete the concrete work. Comparatively polygon's other development, Midori had much more concrete poured (tower/podium and the rest of the townhomes) in roughly the same time.

The townhouses don't look very big... the staircase is almost half the usable space already
