ADELAIDE | Projects & Construction

Adelaide is going through a boom at the moment. It has been 20 years since Adelaide went through a boom, and we are going to see lots of changes to our city's skyline. A few facts about Adelaide:
- 1.1 million people
- Capital of South Australia
- Height limit of 115m.
- Last boom 1984-87?

These projects are up and running:

Spocket: Close proximity to the airport, even though its 2km away. Our tallest building Santos House breaches the limit by 20m, standing at 135m tall - but that was built in 1987 before the limits were put in place in 1992.

JB007: Ill try and find some - Emporis has them, but their material is copyrighted.
