Jumeirah Lake Towers (the complex seen in the image) has specific height standards. First, every tower is apart of a cluster of three towers (except for Almas Tower which is the centrepiece of the development). Within each cluster, two towers are the same height and the third tower is 5 floors taller. The towers closest to Sheikh Zayed Road are 35 and 40 floors. The towers that are closest to Jumeirah Heights are 40 and 45 floors.

I know it's premature to judge the design before completion, but I'm having doubts about the spire.
It looks like an afterthought... or maybe it's supposed to be seen from the other side.

These pictures literally boggle my mind. I can't barely comrehend the amount of companies and people required to be filling this INSANE amount of space.
But good for Dubai if things are really going that well.
