There is actually redeeming qualities about Circus Circus that have nothing to do with it's look, and that is it's the last mass-scale family hotel/casino complex for better or for worse. The good thing about the Strip is that it was once diverse catering to individuals off all income backgrounds from the rich to the poor looking for a room on the Strip. It had a variety of choices. As with any good thing, though, as the Strip has become more valuable that means the little guys get squeezed out.

A little off topic, but in that last picture, you can see the NEW new Aladdin facade. Looks nice!

Thanks for the update.

I looked at the renderings online when this was announced, but man, this place looks even more massive in these pics.

Oh lala. Those VEER towers are in such a lame location. They block the main towers.

I wonder what the master vault will look like for a project of this magnitude.

That's intentional, it creates the appearance of density, like a "real" city, hence the name CityCenter. The main towers will be so immense that they will overwhelm Veer anyway.

Lots of ground preparation work in the back of the lot.

This steel building is going up back there too, don't know what it is.

Also back there is this dedicated on-site cement mixing plant ...

... and the on-site construction offices.

Wait, so which towers are currently under construction (i.e. beyond site prep to actual foundation construction)?
