If you are saying they are shortcutting this project to move on to bigger and better things I would disagree. Ball wouldn't have left money on the table, especially that location.
I didn't mean they were shortcutting but I do think they were eager to get the new hotel going. And who knows, maybe the city didn't like the plans for the 150 room version. Or maybe they were having problems in getting Hilton to agree to a 150 room hotel. I dunno.
I have also heard of a third hotel possibly in the works, I have yet to find out any info though. Have you heard anything? I have a feeling it would probably happen at the Sunnyside exit. Next year should be really interesting with the whole Sunnyside project complete.
News should start to pick up in the form of official announcements for the development there and along Sunnyside. It may be hard to keep up with all the news!
