Actually I didnt think About Dubai, mainly Miami and LA. And I didnt know the PalmBank Center looked simular to the Emirates Towers. I just wanted it to have a slanting roof, I just sort of went along with it.
Here are some details on some buildings in Oceanside:
This is Easily my Favorite Building:
US Airlines World Headquarters
- 882 Feet High (268.8 Meters High)
- Construction Start: 1989
- Construction End: 1991
- 64 Floors High
- World Headquarters of the Largest Airline Company in the US: US Airlines
But, the building has been built somewhere else,
135 East 57th Street, New York City
Its hands down, one of my favorite buildings of all time. But the only thing wrong with it, is its tiny
only 31 Stories high, and 430 feet high.
I just had to model it into Oceanside. I even used the same textures from the original building. Yes I know, creative
Its not an exact copy for example, there are two wings instead of one.
The Oceanside version is about Twice the size.
Here's another new Tower:
Galviston Enterprises Regional Headquarters
- 626 Feet High (190.8 Meters High)
- Construction Start: 1981
- Construction End: 1983
- 46 Floors High
- Regional Headquarters of Staunton Based Galviston Enterprises
