Montreal density/la densité de Montréal

Il y a un thread sur SSC nommé Toronto density qui est devenu un classique, c'est comme le plus gros thread sur ce site...
Pour mon 100e post, j'ai décidé de partir une petite version montréalaise (à ma connaissance ça a pas été fait avant, mais je me trompe peut-être).

Une condition, éliminons les zooms abusifs (pas plus que 2X ou 3X), ce serait trop facile.

Voici ma 1re photo dense, prise il y a un an :

Thanks for the pics!

I always found our city one of the most dense in all of North America, but it is mostly low-rise density. Our skyline is actually pretty spread out...from Saint Laurent to...well...Atwater!

montreal's skyline is not dense, but that only matters in terms of aesthetics. in terms of built density, population density and dwelling density -- the factors that really count when it comes to streetlife, "urban feel," etc. -- montreal ranks up with the best in north america.

Yes Montréal-centre is pretty dense, in Kilgore's terms.

Je pensais (en voyant uniquement le titre du fil) que ça allait être un sujet où les gens allaient critiquer le manque de densité de Montréal!

Finalement, c'est bien intéressant à voir toutes ces photos!

Well when this isn't density I don't know anymore.
A wide variety of different styles throughout the city,looks a little chaotic at first glance but it certainly has it.
