Portland infill thread changes

I've found that searching for a specific Portland infill project is near impossible. I've renamed various infill threads so that we now have one for each section of the city, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, Northeast and North. Please post infill projects in the appropriate threads. I will see what I can do to dismantle the posts in the main Portland infill thread and move to the corresponding infill threads.

I've stuck the renamed threads to bring awareness to the changes, but we can unstick them in the future if people don't like them up there.

Thanks, Mark. This is a good idea. And actually leaving them 'stuck' would be fine with me.

Sticky threads? Am I the only one who uses this page? I guess I should stop doing that.

I use that page too, but stickies are good. Nice work Mark.
