You can download them in www.simtropolis.com , (You must register first).
Then go to ST-Exchange. Go to the BAT section and download all you want (i allways download Residential, Comercial buildings and Landmarks). And this is important: ALLWAYS read the "Readme" who is in the compressed file, because sometimes you are going to need some others Mods or Add-Ons.

If you have another question, just ask.

^Extract the downloads to your SimCity4 plugins folder. Make sure to download any dependencies listed in the readme as well.

Speaking of which, I should start BATing again.

They must be there; if you download a Landmark, then go to "Landmarks" (in the game). Sometimes it's growable or residential, commercial or industrial; in that case, they'll appear naturally like normal residential buildings, but you can put it yourself (sometimes you can, sometimes you can't). And if you have problems with the look of the buildings, must need dependecies (that you'll find that dependecies in the Readme of the compressed file).

Unzip them first! If you have windows XP, right click on the file and choose 'extract files'

I'm close... 1.1gb for me Not bad considering I've manually redownloaded virtually everything since I got this computer 2 months back.

Rookie? I've been playing SC4 since before you could talk. I'm no rookie, I'm just really picky. And that over 600MB is what I had downloaded at that time (since I'm in the process of redownloading now having re-installed the game) I will probably get up to about a GB.

Besides, since when does the size of the plugins folder describe how good you are?

Now I know how Stanz feels. Fucker.
