I like the design, but the base is too tall and blocky. It's like that one development in San Francisco. I'd like to see the height of the base cut in half, and the extra square footage added to taller towers.

how tall are they they look like their gonnna be tall but i dont think they will surpase the 400 foot mark will they?!?!?

they're suppose to be exactly 400' i don't think the design is bad, if they use a good colore of glass it'll look ok. i can't stand how some people think every building should be like the ones they build in vancouver. while i prefer the density of vancouver, i prefer the various colors that make up seattle. i just wish we had the density of vbc and kept the height and veriety that we have

Of course, diddnt you read that its a Vancouver based developer... they dont know how to do it any other way. Seriously though, good news for Seattle, you guys seem to be picking up steam in the condo development department.

There already is a thread named Insignia. 2301 6th ave. It appears this project somehow got two threads.
