Quick update: 222 has been put on building. Should be ready for occupancy very soon. A few sources have said Goldman Sachs plans to to lease a large amount of still-available space.

Addition to the skyline: 222 is the second blue building (has transparent glass) from the very left.

The lobby is turning out to be quite nice. Several posts prior, there were some of us who were not to fond of lobby renderings.
