and just a helpful note to others, if you live on an avenue in vancouver, say west 4th, you dont have to type in the "west". that messed me up for like 5 mins

its neat to use MLS and the listed sale prices to see the difference between the assessed price and what the market is actually willing to pay

It only gives the first 10 results which is useless for checking assessments in a large condo.

Trust the Government to screw up something so basic as an online search.
