Locke Street South can be found in the Durand Neighbourhood of Hamilton, ON.
Very Vibrant, Open, and Caring neighbourhood with lots of specialty shops (including the highest concentration of Antique Shops in the City) and the BEST Bagels in Hamilton (at the Locke Street Bakery).
And with the increasing Gay / Lesbian couples moving into the area, and the ever-increasing number of Pride Flags & Stickers in the storefronts; this just may be Hamilton's 1st "official" gay village.

I have lived right around the corner from Locke for basically 30 years....me and my older neighbours all laugh about how 'trendy' it has become! years ago nobody gave 2 s**** about Locke street! now theres a Starbucks on the way WTF!..lol!!
