It certainly will. It's going to fill up that big gap right there. The best shots of the whole WTC complex when completed will be from our Mrs. Liberty or from Jersey City.

^ It feels great talking positively about the new WTC doesn't it and NOT about (how it won't look good from Brooklyn, and Midtown).

1wtc will look good from every angle, but one of the best will def be from the Lady Liberty I agree! stunning. The building will also look amazing at night when it's lit up and finished. Talk about a beacon! I am also so glad that people are calling the site the World Trade Center again instead of the gloomy, sad "ground zero". Things are def looking up! And 1wtc will keep going up

Crane cable snaps at World Trade Center work site; load of steel plunges 40 stories

"Workers at the World Trade Center got a scare Thursday when a crane cable snapped — and thousands of pounds of steel fell 40 stories down on a flatbed truck.

The metal beams demolished the vehicle and just missed crushing the crane operator, who was rattled by his near-death experience but otherwise unhurt."

Nice shot as always Carlos! I saw the Tower on Tuesday. You have to see it in person to appreciate the size of it. If the 92nd floor gets done by next week hopefully new steel could come the following week. The next of perimeter columns should bump the Tower up to the 100th Floor (1,240') if they are 50' columns I mean. It's getting closer.

The mechanical floors each count as several floors in one because of height. So, they can "skip" other floors to false advertise that this tower actually is 100+ stories when it is really in the 80s.

92nd floor is not decked out! That floor is near the top of the current steel. You can see 2 large floors 89 and 90. 91 is decked out now.
