What's up with the larger-looking columns around the 40th-ish floor? There are no mechanical floors or sky lobbies until floor 66 (65?), correct?

The ironworkers finally get a day off to rest up...been working 10hr days except for the one rain day which they worked til about 1pm and Sunday they worked 8. Had they worked today, they'd get paid double time.
