We are for sure at the 100th floor now. I believe the current height is 1240', which comes to 378m so your estimate is correct on that one. (please correct me if I'm wrong on current height!) The next jump should have 1 WTC passing ESB as the tallest building in NYC.

Via the WTC Progress webcam, they've started cladding the south side of 1 WTC (see here: http://oxblue.com/open/panynj/wtc). That is awesome, because the last 3 days had them cladding the north side -- the side that is visible in the shots that Carlos takes. They've been fast, too - I checked the cam an hour ago and they hadn't started yet! They already have 1/2 of that side cladded now.

Could someone maybe post a rendering with 1WTC as it is now, with the remaining floors superimposed at the top, just to give a good visual representation of how much we have left to go? Thanks!

Any idea of when the base will be cladded?

Floor 100 is 1,240' 2'' + the column splices bring it to 1,244' above the lobby just 6' lower then the point where the ESBs broadcast tower mounts above the 102nd floor at 1,250'

Wow, that's a stunning pic. The colors are brilliant! I said it before, and I'll say it again: Lower Manhattan is way more beautiful than Midtown...

The Port Authority says 2013 on it's website, but Otie says it will be installed earlier then that.
