Looking back at Otie's diagrams, it's more than likely going to be three. It's conceivable that they could put some huge 53' columns in that will take us up to 103 in one jump, but that's unlikely. More than likely the next jump will go up to 102 (since 101 is partially a mezzanine), then the next one to 103. 104 and 105 will probably be covered by one jump which will include four corner nodes where the angled sides come together.
Then there will probably be one more to the parapet, after which they'll install the roof slab and all the junk they need to have up there before beginning the communications ring and ultimately the spire.
