amazing news. Not only is there going to be a suitable home for TIFF but one of the worst surface lot offenders will be gone. Id be happy with just the podium. The tower's so-so and agree the height is a bit much for the location.

^^^^ If you have 20 million extra dollars laying about, donate it to TIFF so they won't require the condo. Otherwise the condo is paying for much of this project.

Not only will all the development on King not overwhelm the heritage buildings, it will be a boon to them. I'm sure all the restaurant owners are giddy at the thought of all that increased pedestrian traffic.
