77 Charles on Charles Street West at St. Thomas Street.




Construction site at the University of Toronto on Charles Street West just west of St. Thomas Street.


The Florian on Davenport Road at Bay Street.






Construction site on the northeast corner of Isabella Street and Huntley Street.


Women's College Hospital Expansion on Grosvenor Street just west of Bay Street.




Motion Condominium on the southwest corner of Bay Street and Dundas Street West.


Yorkdale Mall Expansion at Dufferin Street and Yorkdale Road just south of Highway 401.

Yup, there's a ton of great lowrise and midrise stuff going up but it never gets any attention because people can barely keep up with the highrise projects.
