Does anyone know what the deal is with O'Neil Properties Plan to restore the waterfront. My wife and I were thinking about buying a place there and we were just curious how the revitilization efforts are going there. Also thought about Phoenixville which has already started to take off but Bridgeport seems to be more central to things.
