Now here's a site you don't see everyday. A Nav Canada Bombardier aircraft swooped in low over downtown Victoria. I just happened to have been taking photos of downtown Victoria from the Selkirk Trestle when the plane came in from the west. At first I thought it was just a float plane but quickly realized it was a jet and managed to get the camera ready just in time.

^That reminds me of 188 Douglas. It looks good but is that the "huge skyscraper" that people in James Bay were terrified of, even though it's right across the street from Orchard House which is almost three times as tall?

Should have been a bit taller. Just slightly more than half the height of Orchard House would have been great.
