Really? It looks more continental to me. One thing I don't like is how the first row of seats will be at a different grade than the pitch. I heard it's done so the spectators in the first few rows won't be at eye level with the player's knees, but I personally prefer to be on the same grade as the pitch if I'm in the first row. I could definitely be part of a minority though.

Now that stadium is mostly done , the Town of Harrison needs to demolition the old Factories ,but Unfortnatly that will be costly and expensive since they border 2 of New Jersey's Buiset Rail corridors. Also since the economy is a bit down , that hasn't happened yet.

What the hell is up with those ugly utility lines? How hard is it to bury those underground around the periphery of a brand new sports stadium? Looks great otherwise.

Youre probably right but if you notice all those empty lots out there, they are open space for the pending residential section of the project to start soon which eventually should look like this:

So if they were going to go ahead and bury those lines then had to change something in the project, they'd ahve to dig them back up again.

I pass by this arena frequently. Eventually the residential components of the development will kick in, but for now the parking garage has opened next to the station.
