What's the current population of Moose Jaw.

I beleive in the census Moose Jaw gained 1 person. (thats all I remember)

well growing 1 person every 4 years .. that would mean it will take Moose Jaw a few thousand years to reach 40,000. Thats if all the seniors don't die off before then.
